Pickled Japanese Quail Eggs (delicious with cold salad)

Place following ingredients in saucepan and boil for five minutes.. 

3 cups water

5 cups vinegar (white)

1/2 cup salt

onion

Place eggs in boiled salted water in a saucepan and boil for five minutes. 

During this time, give them a stir so the yolk does not stay on one side and cloud the solution later. 

Remove eggs, cool and shell.
