Beneath the Southern Cross     

Be it known by these present that I, Barak, Ruler of The Northern Hemisphere, do hereby cheerfully confer upon these great works my highest commendations and do also hereby extend to those artisans and craftsmen responsible for its erection my heartiest congratulations, as is befitting of excellent works. 

And by these acts, in recognition and as a sign of our great esteem for OZ Bird, let it be known to all souls in both of the Great Hemispheres that we find this ecifice to be of the highest social and spiritual import in the conyinuing evolutin of humankind's respectfull deportment and humane treatment of the winged creatures of the Earth.
